Article new and long enough, hook interesting, added a briefer ALT1. Copyvio not detected, and basically impossible anyway due to sources being all Indonesian. Source seems to say "evaluation" instead of an "exam" - the former could be multiple exams over a period of time - so I decided to replace them in the article and the hooks. Pending QPQ to pass this.
