To be honest I'm kind of dubious about the 350 femtomolar affinity cited in the literature, its just so much higher than any normal ligand (with the exception of avidin-biotin of course) that it is the kind of claim that really calls for independent confirmation. Hopefully some more studies with this compound will confirm whether this figure is correct. Meodipt (talk) 12:53, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Neutral Antagonism

This compound is not truly a neutral antagonist. The authors did not check whether their assay could actually detect inverse agonism, and a later study by Finlay et al. (DOI: 10.1002/prp2.901) showed that NESS-0327 is also an inverse agonist, like Rimonabant. 121.98.26.214 (talk) 03:04, 23 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
