Does Japan use 💯 and 💮 in grading? -- Error (talk) 12:17, 8 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Grading table

The grading table seems to not be universal across academic institutions. A GPA of 4.0 can be both an A or a S, where the latter is only given out to acknowledge that the student's performance goes beyond what be acknowledged through the grading rubric. So, an A grade would also go up to 100%, while the S-tier is given to 100% "and above". As of the time of posting this Talk, A-tier only goes up to 89%.
