Upen Patel (born August 16 1980) is a Indian model and Bollywood film actor.
Career
Born in London[1], and raised in London, United Kingdom, Patel has modelled for brands such as Hugo Boss, Paul Smith, and Zegna. He then appeared in the remix music video of the Bollywood song Kya Khoob Lagti Ho which also featured Udita Goswami[2]
In 2006 he made his Bollywood debut in the film 36 China Town. which was a moderate success at the box office.[3] His second film, Namastey London, was released on 23 March 2007 and also did well at the box office.[4]. Shortly afterwards, his third film Shakalaka Boom Boom was released on 6 April 2007, but did not done as well at the box office as expected.[5]

Upen has dated actress Amrita Arora and Indian supermodels Deepika Padukone,Shivani Kapoor and Shamita Singha. And he has been sighted with Tabu [bollywood actress] Has been a student of Wembley high school (britain). He got his computer science degree from Hertfordshire. His mother (kam) is a government lawer in britain. He was offered his first modelling assignment when he was sighted by a photographer in britain. Then he came to mumbai (india) where he did walked the ramp for the first time in the india-fashion week.
