Rosy Life Riders
The Flying Fish Riders is a fictional group of Fishmen from the anime and manga One Piece, led by Duval, The Iron Mask. They also have a different brach called the Mackerel Pirates. The members all ride Flying Fish (hence their name) and are nothing but fishmen members. The Captain and his gang are currently searching for the Straw Hat Pirates. They have also captured Hatchan in order to get Camie to come to his rescue.
Part in the Story
They are currently the antagonists of this new arc that the Strawhat Pirates are facing. They had kidnapped Hatchan for the intent of selling, saying that Octopus Fishmen are rare. They attack the Thousand Sunny and the members report seeing Luffy to their master, Duval. Camie and the Straw hats come to his rescue to find this gang. They arrive to see Hatchan in a net and then captures Camie so a fight between the groups begins.

A tremendous man covered in armor and the leader of the Flying Fish Riders. No one knows his true identity but he apparently has a history with at least Luffy, and wants revenge for some past wrongs. From what he says, he carries a reminder of their last meeting in the form of a scar on his back. He has a accent that starts up when he gets angry.

These are the pirates who serve the Flying Fish Riders in order to capture Camie. They were introduced in the Side-Story: "Hatchan's Ocean Adventure."

The leader of the Macro Pirates who serve under Master Duval. He is a Mackerel Phalanx Fishman. He yells at other people for their disrespect to Duval and shows complete respect for him. Like many characters, Mackeral has a unique laugh which goes "Mohahahaha!"

He is a Demekin Goldfish Fishman and is a part of the Mackerel Pirates who serve under Master Duval. He is yelled at by Macro for calling Duval "Duva". The tattoo on his right arm was on many of the Arlong pirates.
