Capitalization of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy

Hi there! In August 2007, you moved the page rational emotive behavior therapy to Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. There's a discussion here about the correct way to write this and other forms of psychotherapy; from what I can tell from MOS:CAPS, it should be all lowercase. Would you care to weigh in on this? MVAPICH

what is the problems with the notability issues on this page. we are non-commercial and our software is free-available. The software is made as a pure research project by the Ohio state University. I work for the lab and upon my professors request i am editing an entry for MVAPICH.. Please help me narrow down the issue on the MVAPICH page so i can follow the proper guidelines to contribute to Wikipedia.org
