The Amazing Race en Discovery Channel 2 or The Amazing Race en Discovery Channel Segunda Temporada (English: The Amazing Race on Discovery Channel Second Season) will be the upcoming second installment of the Latin American edition of the reality television show The Amazing Race. The Amazing Race en Discovery Channel will feature eleven teams of two, with a pre-existing relationship, in a race across Latin America to win US$250,000.

The applications were accepted from December 13, 2009 and finished on February 8, 2010.[1]
