Press release
The press release is not an objective source, and the language frankly offers no specific or useful information about either the game's plot or it's development -- save for one snippet, which I'll add in a bit. There is no deadline; sources for significant claims must be objective and, ya know, offer actual detail. P dump (and anyone else likeminded), please read WP:RS, WP:OR. --EEMIV (talk) 20:13, 31 December 2009 (UTC)
Reply: My main concern was to balance the page. The size of the infobox offsets the page. Plus this headline will eventually need to be added. But I would like to reduce the amount of edit clashes that we seem to have. --P dump
Plot
I have a feeling that we won't know much about the story until the game is in our consoles. But Starkiller died in the first one. (And I honestly think they intended for the game to stop there.) But this is a sequel-takes place after. But should a bit, mentioning his death in the first installment be included? --P dump (talk) 22:05, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
- I would assume, then, that you play as Sith Starkiller (evil ending, where Sidious crushes him and then rebuilds him as a Darth Vader-ish cyborg). Just speculation on my part but that's the only thing that makes sense, unless he's resurrected or didn't die. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.26.194.190 (talk) 17:59, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
- Or he was brought back to life like he was between missions 3 and 4(6 & 7 for ps2, psp, and wii versions). 75.169.118.185 (talk) 22:43, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
Starkiller's Wardrobe
I would like to point out the similarities between Starkiller's fatigues after he removes his cloak to that of Kyle Katarn's. Both have a pad over one shoulder, same color tweed shirt, and while Starkiller is garnered with more belts and the likes, the motif is very reminiscent to that of Katarn. Is it simply a nod or just a coincidence? Or, am I the only one seeing this?
