Rollback (add request)

I am a new pages patroller and often when I put speedy deletion template on an article which meets CSD criteria author of the article removes the SD tag. Rollback would give me way to patrol the new pages in faster way. Kubek15 write/sign 13:23, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I have been involved in CVN for a while now and have voice on #cvn-wp-en on Freenode. Also, I am interested in using Huggle and need Rollback Chris5858 01:55, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Short reason why you want Rollback. Nofoolz (talk) 23:37, 13 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Not done Sorry, but I see no need for this tool, as you have no recent edits of yours which are reverting vandalism. If you're interested in reverting vandalism, please use undo or Twinkle to revert vandalism from the recent changes, and consider requesting rollback again once you've got more experience in this area. - Kingpin13 (talk) 23:49, 13 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to be able to use Huggle to counter vandalism Emargie (talk) 16:07, 13 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to have rollback rights because it's sort of inefficient opening up so many tabs for Lupin in the browser. Mainly I'd like to be able to use Huggle to counter vandalism because I hear it's faster at detection etc. To be honest though I don't have a very high total edit count, but I've been working as best I can in the past few days. I hope you consider me, but even if I'm not approved for the moment, could you still keep me on here? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Deagle_AP (talkcontribs) 03:19, 13 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've been using Twinkle for a little while for reverting vandalism, and I think that I could do a much better job with Rollback rights. Hi878 (talk) 23:27, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
For starters most of your edits are to userspace. Signing "guest books" and the like. That goes against WP:NOT#MYSPACE, which by itself does not apply to your request here, but being that there are very few examples of solid vandalism reverts and more examples of you myspacing it makes it relevant. Also, this is a bit odd. I would like to hear from another administrator though before I straight out decline. Tiptoety talk 00:12, 13 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
In regards to the diff, if you look at the few revisions before that, the user kept removing any comments saying that it should be deleted. And, in fact, removed the reasoning for the AfD discussion, so that the only thing there was the "Do not delete" vote. And yes, I know that most of my edits are to the userspace. However, the majority of those were a while ago, when I didn't quite take Wikipedia seriously. Now, I'm trying to focus more on vandals, corrections, stuff like that, and not as much on userspace edits. Except, of course, those guestbooks which are oh so fun to sign. They aren't really in violation of WP:NOT#MYSPACE, or at least, there is no consensus whether or not they should be allowed. I'll stop with that line of discussion now, this isn't the place to argue that. :) Hi878 (talk) 00:36, 13 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I have been using TW for a long time, going on 3 years now and I wanted to try using Huggle but rollback rights are required. I do a lot of reverts and use the IRC room. Spartan-James 20:29, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Done, by all means! :) Thanks for your work. JamieS93 20:32, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
