Samurai Warriors: Chronicle (戦国無双 クロニクル, Sengoku Musō Kuronikuru) is an upcoming hack and slash developed by Omega Force and published by Tecmo Koei Games for the Nintendo 3DS.
Gameplay
Samurai Warriors: Chronicle introduces several new features previously not included in prior Samurai Warriors games. While the top screen displays the main game, the bottom screen is used to display maps, KO's, and mission data. During battle, a player can switch between four characters during battle, switching the screen to their respective locations as well.[2] Players can also create new characters to be used in gameplay.[3]
Development
Samurai Warriors: Chronicle was first announced during E3 2010 as Samurai Warriors 3D as a part of the Nintendo 3DS lineup. The game was subsequently renamed Samurai Warriors: Chronicle, which occurred during Tokyo Game Show 2010.[4]
