PC Version?

"Unlike the previous version, the game is expected to be released for the PC. EA Sports has said that they are 'retooling the PC version' after not making a game for the 2008 season." Although an IGN article stated, "(EA) would be bringing Madden back off the bench next year (along with other shelved games) on PC," there is no mention of the PC version in the EA Store pre-order section.

Is the weapons statement really true? i couldnt find anything on the source about it --Keithkesslerexp (talk) 06:35, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

cover

Whoever deleted the section about the cover that was about why they chose the cover dont delete it again because i talked to tim tiburton from EA sports coverart and he told me the reason another reason i left out was troy polamalu was AFC defensive back of the year and fitzgerald was nfc reciever for the year "Some of the reasons they used the cover with Troy Polamalu and Larry Fitzgerald were they played in the Super Bowl togther, they both have dreadlocks, they both were a riddell revolution football helmet, and its offense v.s. defense". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.82.9.100 (talk) 19:40, 16 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

On the cover Reggie Wells is not visible on the WII as mentioned —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.69.139.139 (talk) 21:07, 16 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please-Puh-lease??

I am begging whoever's idea it is to desribe the features in bullet form needs to quit it! Can't we get it back to just explaining it in essay form? The article shouldn't have it. It is written like an advertisement. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.197.130.160 (talk) 03:32, 30 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It is easier to identify changes when it is in bullet form. Maybe once the game has been released and people can see the changes to the game for themselves, then I would agree it should be worded in a form that looks less like an advertisement. Strydom21.04 15:13, 03 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
With the features in bullet form, would it be appropriate to indicate which versions of the game include specific features? From what I have read elsewhere, the Wii version does not have Online Franchise. As such, I would like to see it listed as "Online Franchise [PS3, Xbox 360] - ...".  Fixed ~Richmond96 tc 23:58, 28 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
What makes it look like an advertisment is not that it's in bullet form; it's that all of the information comes from one source: an EA blog. The bullet form wouldn't be bad if it were fleshed out with information from some more diverse sources. Dementia13 (talk) 02:48, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Player Reception

Do you think it would be beneficial to add information about specific player reactions to the game? I know that TJ Houshmandzadeh has publicly come out with frustration regarding his player ratings, and I'm sure there are more. This sort of information is interesting.
