Removing block notices
If you read the current discussion at the village pump you will see that users are currently allowed to remove block notices. They just can't remove failed unblock requests. Ryan Vesey contribs 00:22, 22 July 2011 (UTC)

A note about Grawp
It seems that Grawp's targets also include the french Wikipedia (which I have a goal of starting to edit) here. But more importantly, why isn't the JarlaxleArtemis account on meta globally blocked? Or am I unable to find the relevant block log entry.Jasper Deng (talk) 22:13, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
- The global block was rescinded, as indicated in his LOBU entry. —Jeremy v^_^v Components:V S M 22:15, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
- The things is that the Grawp account on meta is blocked, and I don't see why the JarlaxleArtemis account should be left unblocked.Jasper Deng (talk) 22:17, 3 August 2011 (UTC)

Unblock on hold
There is an unblock request at User talk:27.50.93.126. You blocked the IP address as an open proxy. I can find no evidence of a proxy, but since you may know of evidence that I have not managed to unearth I am consulting you rather than simply unblocking. - I duck blocked them based on behavior. I doubted that they forgot their password in a little over than an hour. --Bsadowski1 21:08, 7 August 2011 (UTC)
- I was mainly wondering if you saw a connection to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Illegal Operation. I dug a little deeper, looks like Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Magnonimous. Thanks, Amalthea 21:12, 7 August 2011 (UTC)
