Hello! My issue is with the University of the Philippines Open University. I am the one who updated it but it was uploaded to the commons and I was informed that it is not the right place to upload such image. Now, I would like to replace the file with the same logo but at this time, doing the uploading in Wikipedia but that is only possible if I have a confirmed account. I believe that if I will be able to upload the file in Wikipedia, I will be able to select proper tags and info about the rights of that logo. You should check out Conflict of interest guidelines and given your claims about the image, if uploading this image for which the copyright is held by Buffalo Girls Movie [1] it needs to be either licensed as a non-free image or an WP:OTRS confirmation of the image needs to be sent to Wikipedia.  Not done You can only upload images if they are going to be in-use in a current article. Your draft has a way to go to meet Wikipedia's requirements. I am editing Wiki pages as part of an assignment for Clemson University in Clemson, SC. I am a graduate student with my undergraduate degree from Clemson University in Biological Sciences. I am only editing two pages, Megaloschizont and Zoid, which are both within the realm of my degree. I would like to have the ability to upload pictures. Thank you.

In the article "Mathematics" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mathematics) there is a gross error in the section "Fields of Mathematics", subsection "Applied Mathematics", sub-subsection "Statistics and other decision sciences", second sentence that reads: 

"Statisticians (working as part of a research project) "create data that makes sense" with random sampling and with randomized experiments;[32] the design of a statistical sample or experiment specifies the analysis of the data (before the data be available)."

The implication of the quote "create data that makes sense" is patently false. The function of a statistician is not to create data, but to collect and analyze it. The quote makes it sound as if statisticians manufacture data that conforms to some predetermined viewpoint.
