Germany's Next Topmodel, Cycle 7 is the seventh season of the show that was aired on the German television network ProSieben. The show started airing on February 23, 2012. As in the last preceding years, a preselection was done and open castings were not part of the show anymore. The first episode started with 51 semifinalists.
As in cycle 6, the judging panel consists of Thomas Hayo and fashion designer Thomas Rath.
