That's something I'd probably bring up on Talk:2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.--Daytona 500 23:49, 8 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hasn't been editing since early June, and the submit form doesn't work. Is there any chance of my putting a request through? benzband (talk) 19:38, 25 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

No I haven't even been able to login, and EdoDodo is gone so it seems like the bot is dead. However, I do have permission to send messages out via User:EdwardsBot if you would like me to, or you can ask for permission here. However, I must have a category or page that has the recipients on it. Sorry about MDB.. -- Nascar1996(TalkContribs) 19:46, 25 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
That would be awesome! This is the list:

And this is the message :

Do you have a link or category for the recipients? and what is the section header -- Nascar1996(TalkContribs) 22:13, 25 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The recipients page is here: Wikipedia:WikiProject_Wikify/News/July_2012/Recipients. As a section header could you put "WikiProject Wikify: July Newsletter and August Drive"? I've also tweaked the message a little bit. Cheers ~ benzband (talk) 07:26, 26 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you! benzband (talk) 07:54, 27 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

WP:NASCAR Newsletter (July 2012)

2013

I noticed you brought up this [1] on the project talk page. Generally I think we wait until NASCAR releases the schedule for 2013 before we create any articles for the next season.--Daytona 500 21:47, 28 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'm working on the article now in my third sandbox. It is not ready to be published though. I'm still going to add information about 2013 cars and other info before I publish it. (by that time it will probably be the second week in August) -- Nascar1996(TalkContribs)

I'm sure. I read that the potential deal fell through due to ESPN.--Daytona 500 05:08, 2 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

EdwardsBot request for WP:WWF

Hi Nascar1996, there is currently a proposal at WikiProject Wikify that will entail changing the process of wikification as we know it, including deprecation of the {{wikify}} template. Would it be possible for EdwardsBot to send out a message to all active participants of the project, which are listed at User:Benzband/List (permalink)? Several editors have asked for broader community input and these editors will be most affected by the changes.

==WikiProject Wikify and the future of wikification==

Hi! There is an ongoing proposal at the project talkpage concerning the future of wikification, including possible deprecation of the {{wikify}} template which is being discussed at Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2012 August 10. Your input would be greatly appreciated!

Done. However, please request access to the bot here. -- Nascar1996(TalkContribs) 15:39, 12 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
