Kourtney and Kim Take Miami[1] (Previously Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami ) is an American reality/spin-off television series, produced by Ryan Seacrest, which debuted on E! on August 16, 2009.

The show is the first Keeping Up with the Kardashians spin-off.

Overview

Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami (2009-2012, Seasons 1-2)

Originally Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami follows Kourtney Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian Odom as they leave Los Angeles to open D-A-S-H Miami, a follow up to their store in Calabasas. As well as D-A-S-H, the show features Khloé's radio show at Y100, 'Khloé After Dark', co-hosted by Terrence J and the day-to-day lives of the duo.

Kourtney and Kim Take Miami (2013-Present, Season 3-Present)

Season 3 see a main cast change up with Khloé Kardashian Odom being replaced with Kim Kardashian as a series regular and Khloė moved to a reoccurring role. The new season was announced after the Season 7 Finalle of Keeping Up With The Kardashians under the mew title Kourtney and Kim Take Miami. Kourtney and Kim Take Miami follows Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian as they head to Miami to find a new location for the D-A-S-H Miami Store. Unlike Seasons 1 and 2 Kourtney and Kim will be living in a House rather then a Hotel. This is the first "Kardashian" show to air after the birth of Kourtney Kardashian's and Scott Disick's daughter Penelope Scottland Disck. Sister, and Fomer Main Cast Member Khloė Kardashian is expected to play a "big role" accounting to E! Kourtney and Kim Take Miami as already begun production and is expected to start airimg in Jan. of 2013

The first season premiere was viewed by 2.8 million viewers[3] - but only three weeks later lost almost half of its premiere audience.[4] However, ratings recovered as the season finale was viewed by 2.6 million viewers.[5] The season averaged 1.89 million viewers.[6]

The second season premiere was viewed by 2.607 million viewers[7] and has had a successful run to-date with the lowest rated episode being viewed by only 13.04% less than the premiere with 2.267 million[8] in contrast to the previous season where ratings dropped to 1.475 million.[4] The season finale reached an all-time high[6] with 3.656 million viewers.[9] The season averaged 2.717 million viewers.
