'In & Out' inspiration
Hi, There is a "citation needed" about whether Tom Hanks' acceptance speech directly inspired the film In & Out starring Kevin Kline.
"During his acceptance speech he revealed that his high school drama teacher Rawley Farnsworth and former classmate John Gilkerson, two people with whom he was close, were gay.[9] The revelation inspired the 1997 film In & Out, starring Kevin Kline as an English Literature teacher who is outed by a former student in a similar way.[citation needed]"
This Entertainment Weekly article, where one of the film's producers, Scott Rudin, describes coming up with the idea for the movie, should be a good citation:

- It's an interesting cite, and the author of the article makes the connection, but it doesn't say that Hanks's speech actually affected the making of the movie. The assertion in the article still strikes me as WP:OR.--Bbb23 (talk) 00:26, 23 August 2011 (UTC)
Saturday Night Live
I noticed that in the Television credits, Hanks is only cited once. This is a blatant error considering the fact that Hanks has hosted the show 10 times and is the first person to introduce the concept of the Five Timers Club (look it up!) Could someone please update this to give Mr. Hanks the proper credit? I don't think my Wiki skills are quite good enough yet. Thanks! Comeoncloser (talk) 04:46, 23 November 2011 (UTC)
I am not a big fan of a lot of recent changes of the LEAD.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 01:59, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
