I would like to be confirmed so that I can begin a file under my name. A current search of my name, Jay Wiseman, brings up the profile of a BDSM writer from San Francisco. I am a tennis pro/coach from Bowling Green, Oh and would like people to be able to find me and my accomplishments.

 Not done You do not need to be confirmed to start a new article, but the subject does need to be notable by Wikipedia standards and you probably shouldn't be writing an autobiography or editing in any area where you have an inherint conflict of interest. The account has been open for more than 4 days and has made more than 10 edits. It still gets the "account is not confirmed" notice anytime a photo is attempted to be uploaded...?

 Not done Actually your account is only three days old, but it really doesn't matter, you can't use this username. Since someone has opened a discussion with you about it on your talk page I'll wait before blocking to give you a chance to change it instead, but this request is denied. Hello, I am currently requesting this due to the fact that I would like to upload a picture of the now passed away singer songwriter, Lucio Dalla. I am trying to update his page on the English Wikipedia to make it better for everyone to read with updated information and updated pictures. The picture I am choosing to upload can be found here: http://www.sudpress.it/sudlook/sites/default/files/Lucio-Dalla-sorriso-436x291.jpg. Not sure, image use policy changes once a person is deceased as it is obviously too late for anyone to provide a new, free image. However if the article already has a free image it can't replaced in favor of a non-free one without a very compelling reason. In either event  Not done. This account will be WP:AUTOCONFIRMed within the next 24 hours or so, I would suggest usng that time to insure that the image can be used under a claim of fair use or alternately searching for a free image.
