Notes:
- In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
- Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:
{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=your reason here B17 00:15, 26 December 2013 (UTC) |3 = ~~~~}}
If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}}
with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.
{{unblock reviewed |1=your reason here B17 00:15, 26 December 2013 (UTC) |decline = {{subst:Decline reason here}} ~~~~}}
If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here
with your rationale:
{{unblock reviewed |1=your reason here B17 00:15, 26 December 2013 (UTC) |accept = accept reason here ~~~~}}
I was trying to edit the June Jordan page this evening and while I have been able to edit before suddenly there was a flag saying that I could not edit. Please tell me what to do. I am editing from my account.
Should I post this instead?

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting decline reason here

I'm not seeing a block on your account either directly or through an autoblock. Maybe log out, log back in, and see what happens when you go to the page again? only (talk) 00:27, 26 December 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you -- I just logged out and logged back in to the June Jordan page and tried to edit and this is what it said:
You are currently unable to edit Wikipedia. You are still able to view pages, but you are not currently able to edit, move, or create them. Editing from 69.80.96.0/20 has been blocked (disabled) by Kww for the following reason(s): Server-multiple.svg The IP address that you are currently using has been blocked because the IP range you are editing from is a web host provider. Since your IP acts like a proxy, because it hides your IP address, it has been blocked. To prevent abuse, these IPs may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. If you do not have any other way to edit Wikipedia, you will need to request an IP Block Exemption. If this is the case, please request to be unblocked using the

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:
{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=original unblock reason |3 = ~~~~}}
If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}}
with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

template, and provide a clear reason why you need to use a webhost. If you would prefer to do so in confidentiality, please contact functionaries at functionaries-en@lists.wikimedia.org. Furthermore, your IP address may also be blocked because there are proxies on it.
Admins: Before applying IPBE, a checkuser needs to take a look at the account. This can be requested most easily at SPI Quick Checkuser Requests. Unblocking an IP or IP range with this template is highly unrecommended without at least contacting the blocking administrator. This block has been set to expire: 14:49, 2014 December 24. Even if blocked, you will usually still be able to edit your user talk page and email other editors and administrators.
So I can't edit for a whole year? B17 00:44, 26 December 2013 (UTC)
