I removed the Google Maps web page link you added in Evansburg State Park because 1) it caused neither the official website for the park nor your link to show in the Geobox, and 2) the official park map which shows trails is already linked in the External links section at the bottom of the article. Hi, I'm just wondering who you've talked to about the council? It has been designated to the US Congress, however there ARE some customs, laws, etc, that are upheld by the people. Please reference. Ely S. Parker's designation to Morgan Lewis is the greatest example of co-operation so I think in terms of English Wikipedia, it should be held in esteem.
