The second (unnamed) parameter is optional. It can be omitted or used to specify the admin when marking a request as already done or the number of edits when declining due to inexperience.

 Not done. Please see the notice at the top of this page. With only {{{X}}} edits to the mainspace, I don't think you have sufficient editing experience yet. Take a moment to check out what counter-vandalism is at WP:CVU, and if you decide you'd like to get involved, you can enroll at the Counter Vandalism Academy to learn more. ::{{subst:RFPR|exp|X}} ~~~~ ::{{subst:RFPR|moreedits|X}} ~~~~
 Not done. Please see the notice at the top of this page. I see you just also applied for Pending Changes Reviewer. Let's see how you get on with that first and then we'll take another look again when you've made a few more edits. ::{{subst:RFPR|rvw}} ~~~~ ::{{subst:RFPR|alsorequestedreviewer}} ~~~~
 Not done. Please see the notice at the top of this page. This is not what Rollback is for. Take a moment to read Wikipedia:Rollback and if that's what you would like to do, you can then check out the Counter Vandalism Unit to learn more. ::{{subst:RFPR|nrb}} ~~~~ ::{{subst:RFPR|notrollback}} ~~~~
I think this right would help me to help the wikipedia community.If you found me worthy of this right,from my edits and experience, please grant me the right-- KAS(talk) 08:10, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
 Done. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 21:23, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks KAS(talk) 02:27, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I think I can apply for this tool now. I don't really know how I would abuse this tool. I have 300-400 edits. I think I would use this tool properly. Please ping me when you respond. Thanks! Yoshi24517Chat Absent 18:07, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

 Not done. You seem to be hat collecting. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 21:29, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I am not hat collecting. I just want to help the Wikipedia community. Yoshi24517Chat Absent 23:30, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@HJ Mitchell:What makes you think I'm hat collecting? Yoshi24517Chat Absent 03:35, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) @Yoshi24517: It seems like you only have 5 reverts in mainspace (3 if you don't count your own self-reverts), and most of your reverts are actually in your user space or on WP:Sandbox. In fact it seems as though you only have 29 edits altogether in Article space, so you should make some more reverts before re-applying. Wikipedia:CVUA is a good place to start. Epicgenius (talk) 16:18, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@Epicgenius:Ok. Where do I check how many reverts I've made? Yoshi24517Chat Absent 16:20, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@Yoshi24517: Go to Special:MyContributions, and look for edit summaries that say "Undid revision xxxxxxxxx by YYY (talk)", this isthe default edit summary for reverts. Epicgenius (talk) 16:23, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
