South Korea

South Korea has 6 locations. This article is WAY out of date, but I can't edit it 01:46, 12 June 2014 (UTC)

Edit Request 3/23/14

  • Images of the logos that Taco Bell used through the years need to be added to the article. These logos can be found on Logopedia and I'll talk about the logos below.
  • 1st logo: Taco Bell's first logo was used from 1962 to 1973. This logo was eight colored blocks colored red, green, orange, and yellow with white lettering.
  • 2nd logo: Taco Bell's second logo was used from 1973 to 1985. There were two versions of this logo. One version was just the black lettering and the other had the lettering on the bell and sombrero which was colored yellow and had a colored string between the bell and sombrero. This logo can still be seen at a few older locations but nearly all of these signs are now gone forever :(.
  • 3rd logo:Taco Bell's third logo was used from 1985 to 1994. It still can be seen at many older restaurants across the USA despite not being the logo for almost 20 years. Although this logo is already on the page, I still wanted to talk about it.
  • 4th and current logo: The current logo was introduced in 1994 and is still in use. The logo on the main page is just a variation of this logo with the slogen and the the 1994 logo needs to be put back for whatever idiot removed it! Variations of the same logo don't count as a different logo for goodness sakes!
  • Although not a real logo at all, the logo that was used in the 1993 film Demolition Man inspired Taco Bell to come up with their current logo the following year.

Could someone please answer my stinkin' request!? It has been almost two months since I put the request and I'm getting annoyed! I'm not trying to be a jerk, but it's just a simple request that I want done! Someone answered my Music Choice request back in July and did it one or two days after I left the request. --24.147.1.197 (talk) 22:34, 23 March 2014 (UTC)Jacob Chesley[reply]

Food quality

Taco Bell is notorious for having questionable food quality (even more so that most fast food chains). Surely there are sources for this that can be used to add to the article? Also, in popular culture, Taco Bell is often associated with gastrointestinal discomfort and effects. Perhaps this too should be reflected in the article? Reliable sources that confirm this claim? --Jeremy (blah blahI did it!) 07:43, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I know I've seen references to either Taco Bell, or the dog, in a number of cartoons, but don't remember any specific examples off the top of my head. Also, Taco Bell has become one of the favorite whipping boys of politically correct Hollywood bashing of fast food, so it comes up in comedy on TV, and in some movies, but again I've not kept precise track. If you guys can think of some examples (aside from Demolition Man), please add them. — Kaz (talk) 18:37, 8 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

List of Menu Items / Edit Request 7/4/14

Could there be a section on the page where it says all the items on the menu? Right now, it only lists the former menu items. 24.147.1.197 (talk) 10:35, 4 July 2014 (UTC)Jacob Chesley[reply]

Efforts to save the original Taco Bell location in Downey, CA

I would like to see the status of the first Taco Bell receive an update. The plight of historically significant, yes I know it's only a Taco Bell, but it one of those great success stories.

The original Taco Bell location at 7112 Firestone Blvd., Downey, CA is currently facing the prospect demolition by the lot's owners who want to redevelop the property. Taco Bell upon being contacted by the Downey Conservancy has committed $8-10,000 for a study to determine the feasibility of saving the structure by moving it to a new location.

Other Countries confusion

Section reads that Taco Bell's are located on "AAFES military bases"

AAFES does not operate or run any military installations, it is merely a organization that operates under the Department of Defense. A better worded version of that section ought to say "operated by AAFES on military installations" or something to that effect 100.3.240.69 (talk) 00:43, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
