LexInnova Technologies was founded in May, 2009, by Abhi Verma, an alumnus of IIT Varanasi and Harvard Law [4], to provide legal and intellectual property solutions to in-house and outside counsel. They also provide consulting to technology companies to help them focus their R&D efforts and identify gaps in their IP portfolio.[5] The company employs engineers, technocrats, lawyers, scientists and legal project managers.[6]

LexInnova’s analysis of the IP portfolios of Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent was published in USA Today, Computerworld and Barron’s magazine when news broke of the two companies merging on 14 April, 2015.[7] [8][9]
