Problems with upload of File:YapKwongWeng Media Cover Image.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:YapKwongWeng Media Cover Image.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

Please help me with a picture upload. I have gotten permission from the owner of the picture to publish it. But I need to know where he can send an email to in order to rightly publish the image. Thank you.

Please be sure that the copyright holder of the image reads Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials so that he or she is clear about what is involved in donating stuff to Wikipedia. Please help me with an image copyright. I have followed the procedure and have asked the owner of the image to send the copyright release to Wikipedia. May I know
1) How long will it take to process
2) Do I need to do anything after that or will Wikipedia help to put the copyright information on the relevant image?
