Water divining may not be regarded as very scientific, but for a significant time many individuals and even local authorities relied on it to secure their water supplies both domestically and for local authority supply. It may not be something that in the relatively recent past it is popular to recall but this is a genuine and important part of the history of water supply.S.tollyfield (talk) 18:49, 21 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
