Confusing or unclear?
I looked through the article for confusion or lack of clarity and found none. It would be helpful if those who leave these boxes could add some explanation on the talk page of the article in question. roundhouse 21:10, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

John Gummer, Baron Deben → John Gummer – WP:COMMONNAME. While the term "Lord Deben" is used in some contexts by reliable sources, it seems that Gummer's actual name, "John Gummer" is the common name. The article title appears to be controversial,[1][2][3] hence listing here to determine consensus. -- Trevj (talk) 12:42, 17 September 2012 (UTC)
- Comment used to be known as John Selwyn Gummer, why wasn't his full name in the lede? In ictu oculi (talk) 07:44, 18 September 2012 (UTC)
- You're right, per WP:FULLNAME. I was going to do so, but see you already have. Thanks. -- Trevj (talk) 12:17, 18 September 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah, I assumed it was just an oversight, I have no particular opinion on the RM, it sounds reasonable. In ictu oculi (talk) 09:38, 19 September 2012 (UTC)

Birth place confusion
I have noticed that the birth places differ in the introduction and the side details on the right. The introduction states that the birthplace is Stockport, Cheshire but the side details say London.
