Bakhtiyarpur college of engineering is a technology institution established in year 2016 by the government of Bihar under the Department of Science and Technology . It is approved and recognized by AICTE and is affiliated to Aryabhatta Knowledge University in Patna. The institute offers full-time Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree programs in disciplines of science and technology: College will have four engineering branches - computer science, civil, mechanical, and electrical & electronics.

ADMISSION

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) conducts the entrance test in two stages. First is the screening test. The screened candidates appear in the main Examination (second stage). Based on the Merit List of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (2nd stage), successful candidates appear in the counselling at the office of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.

BCE Bakhtiyarpur’s campus is located at Patliputra colony, Patna. College is operating from a temporary complex in Pataliputra colony, Patna, in buildings which have been renovated and were previously used by the IIT Patna.
