Ways to improve X46Cr13

Hi, I'm Rosguill. Thibdx, thanks for creating X46Cr13!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. The "Pros and Cons" and "Uses" sections should be converted from lists to prose.
