  1. ^ Certain award groups do not simply award one winner. They recognize several different recipients, have runners-up, and have third place. Since this is a specific recognition and is different from losing an award, runner-up mentions are considered wins in this award tally. For simplification and to avoid errors, each award in this list has been presumed to have had a prior nomination.

American singer Billie Eilish is the recipient of multiple awards including two American Music Awards, two MTV Europe Music Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards and a NRJ Music Award. She has also earned two Guinness World Records during her career.

Billie Eilish received her first Grammy Award nominations at the 62nd annual ceremony, with herself being nominated for Best New Artist while her debut studio album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? garnered nominations in categories such as Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album. Additionally, "Bad Guy" nabbed a nomination for Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance.[1] Eilish, aged seventeen, became the youngest artist to be nominated in each of the main categories in the same year.[2]
