Information icon Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. --Killarnee (T12) 21:53, 12 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your E-Mail

Hello Rbstrachan, I have received your email. If you undo a change you should always go to the talk page of the user whose edit you have undone. If you have activated Twinkle in the settings in the "Gadgets" section, you can simply leave a template there with one click so that the user knows that he has made a mistake. You should also leave such a template on talk pages of IPs. If you have further questions you can ask your question in the teahouse or add {{Ping|Killarnee}} under your question. Regards, --Killarnee (T12) 22:24, 12 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It is already in the existing source (which says "Blessed" in the sources own title) IT does not need a new source since the existing one covers it. -- 65.94.170.207 (talk) 15:44, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Patrick Walsh (investor)

Hi Rbstrachan. I just wanted to let you know that I declined a recent report you made to WP:AIV. The content that is being fought over at Patrick Walsh (investor) appears problematic to me because it doesn't seem to meet the standards of sourcing required of a biography of a living person (we have very strict policies about these kinds of articles). The first two sources do not mention Patrick Walsh, and the letter from the Attorney General is a primary source, making the text based on it at risk of being considered original research. For these reasons, I would ask that a consensus be sought on the article's talk page before reinserting the content. I hope this helps clarify my thought process here. Hello,

Thankyou for your message. As you can probably see I only recently started RC patrol. I reinstated the content because I could not see a good reason to remove it, and none was provided. I also assumed it was being removed to "bury" the information.

Thankyou for clarifying.

rbstrachan (talk) 18:10, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. I actually would not be surprised if there were some underlying motive behind the repeated removal, but regardless of that, we should strive to ensure that the sourcing follows Wikipedia policies. I have no problem with including the controversy provided it is adequately sourced. Thanks, Mz7 (talk) 18:36, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, your last edit to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kali-Sa%E1%B9%87%E1%B9%AD%C4%81ra%E1%B9%87a_Upani%E1%B9%A3ad appears to have been made in bad faith, and I have had to revert the changes. Please remember guidelines against bias, including religious bias. Thanks!
