Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear (くまクマ熊ベアー, Kuma Kuma Kuma Beā) is a Japanese light novel series written by Kumanano and illustrated by 029. It began serialization online in 2014 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. It was later acquired by Shufu to Seikatsu Sha, who have published fourteen volumes since May 2015 under their PASH! Books imprint. A manga adaptation with art by Sergei has been serialized online via Shufu to Seikatsu Sha's Comic PASH! website since 2018 and has been collected in five tankōbon volumes. Both the light novel and manga have been licensed in North America by Seven Seas Entertainment. An anime television series adaptation by EMT Squared premiered in October 2020.

- Yuna is a 15-year-old girl who lives by herself. She became socially withdrawn at age twelve of her own choice to play World Fantasy Online as much as possible. She decide to enjoy her new life in another world since she did not have any reason to go back to her original world.
- Fina (フィナ)
- Voiced by: Azumi Waki[2]
- Fina is a 10-year-old girl and a resident of the town Crimonia. Having been forced to care for the family at a very young age, she is very responsible and mature. As noted by her mother and Yuna, Fina has an abnormal mentality for a 10-year-old.
- Noire Foschurose (ノアール・フォシュローゼ, Noāru Foshurōze)
- Voiced by: Rina Hidaka[3]
- Noire is a 10-year-old girl and noble who resides in the town of Crimonia. She is the little sister of Shia Foschurose. She love Yuna's bears more than anything. Her nickname is "Noa".
- Shuri (シュリ, Suri)
- Voiced by: Miyu Tomita[3]
- Shuri is the younger sister of Fina and daughter of Tiermina.
- Misana Farrengram (ミサーナ・ファーレングラム, Misāna Fārenguramu)

- Misana is the grandaugther of Gran Farrengram. Her nickname is "Misa".
- Shia Foschurose (シア・フォシュローゼ, Shia Foshurōze)

- Shia is a 15-year-old girl and noble who resides in the Royal Capital. She is the elder sister of Noire and the daughter of Cliff and Eleanora Foschurose. She currently lives together in the Royal Capital with her mother and attends the Royal Academy, while her sister and father live together in Crimonia.

- Eleanora Foschurose is a 33-year-old noble residing in the Royal Capital. Eleanora is the mother of Noire and Shia and the wife of Cliff Foschurose. She currently lives together in the Royal Capital with Shia, while Noire and Cliff live together in Crimonia. Even though she is in her early thirties, Yuna describes her as someone who only looks like she is in her twenties. Aside from that, Eleanora is famous for her beauty.
- Roy (ロイ)
- Roy is Telmina's deceased husband. Gentz, Telmina and him were in the same adventurer party before he and Tirumina got married.
- Sanya (三亜)
- Sanya is the guildmaster of Adventurer's Guild residing in the Royal Capital. She is an elf and has a little sister named Ruimin and a little brother named Luca.
- Gran Farrengram (グレートファレングラム)
- Gran is the grandfather of Misana Farrengram residing in Sheelin. He is the Feudal Lord of Sheelin east part. Later, he governs all of Sheelin town after the Salbert family, who formerly governed Sheelin west part, were stripped of from their noble status after Misana a kidnapping incident and many other crimes.
- Atora (アトラ)
- Atora is the guildmaster of the Adventurer's Guild at Mireera City.
- Bō (ボー)
- Bō is the headmistress for the orphanage in Crimonia.
- Liz (リズ)
- Liz is the staff and instructor for the children at the orphanage in Crimonia.
- Rondo (ロンド)
- Rondo is the butler at the Foschurose residence. He later became right hand man to Cliff Foschurose after the embezzled incident at the orphanage has been solve.

It was later acquired by Shufu to Seikatsu Sha, who published the first volume as a light novel under their PASH! Anime
In January 2020, an anime television series adaptation was announced on the fourteenth volume of the light novel.[5] The series is animated by EMT Squared and directed by Yuu Nobuta, with Takashi Aoshima handling series composition, Yuki Nakano designing the characters,[2] and Shigeo Komori composing the music.[4] Hisashii Ishii serves as series director. The series premiered on October 7, 2020 on AT-X and other networks.[3] Azumi Waki performs the opening theme "Itsuka no Kioku" (イツカノキオク), while Maki Kawase performs the ending theme "Ano ne." (あのね。, "You Know What.").[4] Funimation acquired the series and is streaming it on its website in North America and the British Isles.[40] The series will air for 12 episodes.[41]

Yuna enters the game and is asked to choose one treasure box as a gift item based on her total hours of gameplay from the past year and she ends up choosing the Kuma Set. After entering the world, she is shocked to find herself wearing the bear equipment as well as her level going back to level one, which she thinks is a bug until she get a mail from God that state she has been sent to another world. After beating the wolf that came to attack her, she ends up saving a girl named Fina. Their story continues until Yuna goes to exterminate a tiger wolf in the forest and ends up saving Fina life once again from the tiger wolf that came to attack her. At the guild, after Yuna finishes her hunts for Fina, a man named Lanz confronts her for defeating Deborane. Later, together with Lurina, a magician in Deborane's party, Yuna heads off to subdue fifty goblins. However, when they reached the forest, they find out that there are actually a hundred goblins and even a goblin king in the area. Yuna then exterminates both of the goblin horde and the goblin king alone. After finishing the quest, Yuna gains a new skill that allows her to summon familiars with her bear gloves. Afterwards, together with Fina, Yuna rents a plot of land to set up her house that includes a facility for Fina so she can use it for monster harvesting. Yuna arrives at the guild with the black viper. After the other guild members harvest it, Fina shows up at Yuna's house later that day where she gives her the black viper's mana gem. Yuna then notices that Fina has a cut on her hand and she uses her magic to heal it. The next day, Yuna is summoned to the guild. Receiving a request from Cliff Foschurose, the feudal lord of Crimonia, Yuna reluctantly accepts it. When she arrives at his house, she spends the day hanging out with his young daughter, Noire. Afterwards, when Yuna heads home, she finds a despondent Fina, who tells her that her mother's illness has gotten worse. At Fina's house, Yuna attempts to heal Telmina with little success. Realizing that she has to use her magic in a different way, Yuna successfully cures Tiermina of her illness. | |||

After Tiermina recovers from her illness, Yuna uses her new Bear Transfer Gate skill to travel to Kai's village in order to get some eggs. The next day, Yuna is out buying lunch when she sees some orphans waiting for leftovers. She then heads to the orphanage where she learns that the feudal lord has stopped supporting them. Yuna decides to help the orphanage by setting up a kokekokko farm so they can sell eggs. She also supplies Tiermina with a job as a representative. Sometime later, Yuna calls out Cliff for abandoning the orphanage when he wonders why she will not sell his family any eggs. When Cliff returns home, he finds out that Enz Roland, the administrator of the orphanage, has been embezzling the funds. That night, Cliff confronts and apprehends Enz. At the orphanage, Cliff apologizes for what happened. At her house, Fina comforts Yuna for helping the orphanage when she expresses embarrassment for not trusting Cliff. | |||

Things appears to be going well after Tiermina accepts Gentz's marriage proposal. The next morning, however, Fina tells Yuna that her mother and Gentz had a fight over breakfast. She then asks Yuna if she can take her and Shuri to retrieve the snow crystal flower. The trio heads to the area where the flower is located. While they are looking for it, Shuri notices something sparkly. When she discovers that it is a trapped bird, she and Fina rescue it. As the bird flies away, one of its feathers falls into Shuri's hands. When Fina and Shuri show it to their mother and Gentz, they realizes that it is the same feather that Roy, the girls' father, had. Fina realizes that Yuna was right when she earlier said that everything would be okay. Later, Fina and Shuri are at Yuna's house where they help her make pudding. The next day, Yuna gives everyone she knows some pudding. While Cliff is enjoying it, he asks Yuna if she can take Noire to the royal capital. | |||

Once everyone arrives at the royal capital, they go their separate ways where Yuna, Fina, and Noire are greeted by Noire's mother, Eleanora. Later that day, Shia arrives at the house. When she becomes skeptical of Yuna, Eleanora proposes that they have a sparring match, which Yuna wins. At dinnertime, Yuna gives Noire, Shia, and Eleanora some pudding. The next morning, Yuna and Fina buy some groceries. That night, Yuna cooks some cheeseburgers and fries for everyone.
