Ann Johnson Stewart (born July 27, 1964) is a Minnesotan politician and member of the Minnesota State Senate as part of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL). Johnson Stewart represents District 44 which includes Plymouth, Minnetonka, and Woodland.[1]
Early life, education, career
Johnson Stewart received her BCE from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville and on to complete her MCE at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.[2] She is a civil engineer with a small business that works with local governments to build publicly funded roads, bridges, and buildings. Johnson Stewart is also a professor at the University of Minnesota and local technical colleges for over 20 years.[3]

Johnson Stewart won the general election in 2020 against Greg Pulles.
She is currently serving on the following committees:

- Transportation Finance and Policy
Her legislative priorities are transportation and infrastructure.[2]
