Eblamble, you are invited to the Teahouse
[edit]Hi Eblamble! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. |
Hi from online ambassador
[edit]I am one of your online ambassadors. I am around to help you out with editing Wikipedia, You can contact me by email or on my talk page. Since I'm in Australia my timezone is quite different to yours. I have no tertiary qualification in astronomy or geology, but I like the topic, and I am hoping that you can write so that I can understand it! Graeme Bartlett (talk) 10:29, 2 March 2014 (UTC)
Your recent edits
[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 15:44, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
Thank you so much! I hope all is well and appreciate the quick response. I will let you know if it all goes downhill :) Eblamble (talk) 06:01, 4 April 2014 (UTC)Erica
page going live
[edit]Hi.
in order to make your page go live, you basically have to move it. Hopefully you can find the move or rename on your page. When you click on that. Then change the bit that says user to (article) and replace your current name with the new name Cleopatra Patera and click move page. It will then be live. Alternately I could do it for you, but I suppose you get more credit if you do it yourself. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 05:49, 4 April 2014 (UTC)
The references seem to have a bit of duplication down the bottom. You should only define each named reference once. You can try things out and use preview to ssee if it is going to be better. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 07:54, 4 April 2014 (UTC)
Another question is the picture at File:Cleopatra Patera Formation.jpeg, where did that come from? Did you draw it? Graeme Bartlett (talk) 07:58, 4 April 2014 (UTC)

[edit]i seriously just moved my talk page instead of sandbox--how do I undo that?? Eblamble (talk) 19:59, 4 April 2014 (UTC)

DYK for Cleopatra Patera
[edit]On 18 April 2014, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Cleopatra Patera, which you recently created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that until the results from the Magellan mission, the impact crater Cleopatra Patera on Venus was believed to be a volcano? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Cleopatra Patera. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |
