If you're not convinced, the footnote 2 about the 2,000 men states "amoung the wounded were the Duke of Sarno, maréchal de camp, and the brigadier marquis de Saint-Elme". Also, Bodart writes in "Losses of Life in modern Wars" that the allies lost at Almansa 31% of killed and wounded and 44% of prisoners (page 95), although he doesn't mention the number of troops involved, it's still a total... undo Tags: Mobile edit Mobile web edit
