WP:BLP does apply here, as PKK consists of living persons. Just because a specific person is not named, it does not mean BLP does not apply. Also it's WP:RECENTISM to include it. In a year or 10, the very early accusations by Turkish parliamentarians will not be relevant at all. The story is unfolding that it was Islamic State, and we should focus on that. --Harizotoh9 (talk) 16:31, 22 August 2016 (UTC)

Should Terrorism in Turkey be added in "part of"? Although perpetrators haven't been confirmed, all suspected perpetrators are sanctioned as terrorist groups and the attack bears hallmarks of a terrorist attack. DinoBambinoNFS (talk) 14:50, 21 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, once someone has created that article. Jim Michael (talk) 17:22, 21 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, I didn't realise it didn't even exist. DinoBambinoNFS (talk) 10:38, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Perpetrators

As far as I know, nobody suspects from Kurdistan Workers' Party. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gerhidt (talkcontribs) 21:04, 21 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Yousaf465 has evidence connecting the attack to Indian intelligence agencies. El cid, el campeador (talk) 22:08, 21 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Then how come the Dawn source says "Mehmet Erdogan, a ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) lawmaker for Gaziantep said it was not clear who was responsible for the explosion but there was a “high possibility” it was a suicide attack that could have been launched by IS or the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK)." DinoBambinoNFS (talk) 11:14, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Why would a Kurdish group bomb a Kurdish wedding? Jim Michael (talk) 11:32, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Jim this article or this website isn't for figuring out how such and such thing can happen. We create articles upon information given by sources, not upon what we think is possible or not. DinoBambinoNFS (talk) 11:56, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Remote controlled bomb is not a suicide bomb

If the bomb was activated by remote control, then it's not accurate to call it a suicide bomb, even though that's what sources are calling it. 71.182.247.106 (talk) 01:22, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

All sources say it was a suicide bomber who targeted the wedding. DinoBambinoNFS (talk) 10:45, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Any source which mention it being activated by remote control ? I couldn't find any. --yousaf465' 15:30, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop changing details until the situation becomes clear

I see a lot of users keep changing the content including perpetrators, death toll and number of injuries as they see fit. Details are usually not clear after such attacks. A number of sources differ on the details. Therefore we should wait for some time until the situation becomes clear. DinoBambinoNFS (talk) 11:05, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

PKK speculation:

WP:BLP does apply here, as PKK consists of living persons. Just because a specific person is not named, it does not mean BLP does not apply. Also it's WP:RECENTISM to include it. In a year or 10, the very early accusations by Turkish parliamentarians will not be relevant at all. The story is unfolding that it was Islamic State, and we should focus on that. --Harizotoh9 (talk) 16:31, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

WP:BLP doesn't apply here. --yousaf465' 16:45, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
