A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Yuni Shara, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process
:<b>not notable</b>

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the <code>dated prod</code> notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.<!-- Template:PRODWarning --> 70.186.172.75 (talk) 13:31, 5 December 2008 (UTC)

Revision as of 13:31, 5 December 2008

Hey!

Hi there! Welcome to Wikipedia. You will probably get an official welcome message, as i was just wanting to discuss the list of schools in perth page. I just wanted to know if you wanted it to just be secondary schools or if primary schools were also to be added. I could add to this list alot of schools seeing as i am a highschool student living in perth. Thanks!--Ali K 15:03, 20 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

List of Schools

Great Idea I added a note to the list of schools. I find the formatting you created for the page with as being a little difficult to maintain. I think this could result in it being screwed up total by well mean editors. could you on the discussion page put an instruction on how to maintain the format. Though personally I think a more simpler style might be appropriate. maybe like the format used for List of Perth Suburbs Gnangarra 00:29, 21 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hope I havent offended by questioning your format Gnangarra

I did want to make is so that it's not too long or it would be up for that "way too long" articles that will be deleted. So I am down with anything really. Whatever you guys think is best. d3j4vu

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing on behalf of Wikipedia (website: www.wikipedia.org) in enquiring about the copyrights of one of your maps. This particular map is a map of a city called Malang, which you can found on your website http://www.eastjava.com/map/html/malang.html

What I would like to ask is whether this map can be used in our website as part of an article about the city Malang. In order for us to be able to use this map on our website, we have to have a written permission from the author, therefore it would be so kind if you can provide us with that.

I would be looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,

xxx

Image copyright problem with Image:Kosayu_chapel.gif

Thanks for uploading Image:Kosayu_chapel.gif. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Untagged image

An image you uploaded, Image:Lambang kota malang.gif, was tagged with the coatofarms copyright tag. This tag was deleted because it does not actually specify the copyright status of the image. The image may need a more accurate copyright tag, or it may need to be deleted. If the image portrays a seal or emblem, it should be tagged as seal. If you have any questions, ask them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. -- 12:27, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

Image:Chisholm_admin_building.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Chisholm_admin_building.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

 1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add Replaceable fair use disputed, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
 2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fritz S. (Talk) 16:05, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dear uploader: The media file you uploaded as Image:Tari_topeng.jpg has been listed for speedy deletion because you selected a copyright license type implying some type of restricted use, such as for non-commercial use only, or for educational use only or for use on Wikipedia by permission. While it might seem reasonable to assume that such files can be freely used on Wikipedia, this is in fact not the case[1][2]. Please do not upload any more files with these restrictions on them, because content on Wikipedia needs to be compatible with the GNU Free Documentation License, which allows anyone to use it for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial. See our non-free content guidelines for more more information.

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license GFDL-self to license it under the GFDL, or to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use PD-self to release it into the public domain.

If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If you have any questions please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you. – Quadell (talk) (random) 11:39, 21 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Kosayu crest.gif

Thanks for uploading Image:Kosayu crest.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 22:33, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Yuni Shara

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Yuni Shara, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

not notable

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the dated prod notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. 70.186.172.75 (talk) 13:31, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
