Hi, and welcome!
Hi, QuickEditor. My name is Qwyrxian, and I'm an admin here at Wikipedia. I see you've been having sum difficulty interacting with other editors recently, so I thought I'd give some input that might help you. First, I think you may want to re-read WP:NPA. Personal attacks are generally pretty extreme things, like calling someone an "idiot", labeling their good faith work as "vandalism", or even threatening other editors without reason. I took a look at the edit you've been going back and forth on with Sudo Ghost, and, in all fairness, I don't see any personal attack in it. You offered an opinion about what should appear in the Lexi St. George article, and Sudo Ghost offered a different one. That is the nature of Wikipedia. Simply disagreeing with another editor's opinion doesn't constitute a personal attack. In fact, its a pretty necessary part of the work we do--all of the time, editors have to disagree, and then they discuss it and, ideally, come to a consensus about the best approach. As long as people are discussing the editing, not other editors, then they can avoid personal attacks. If you really think that what Sudo Ghost wrote is a personal attack, could you try to explain it to me? Maybe there is some difference in interpretation, some misunderstanding, that we could get past.

In any event, I think that, whatever happened with that edit, it's probably best to move past it. Dwelling on a minor disagreement isn't going to help any of you advance the goals of the encyclopedia. I'll tell you what: the next time you think you see a personal attack, let me know here or on my talk page, and I'll be happy to take a look. If someone really is attacking someone else, then something needs to be done to stop the disruption.

One final note: please stop marking almost all of your edits as "minor" (that's the box that says "This is a minor edit", just above the "Save page" button. In general, the only type of edits that should be marked as minor are thing like spelling changes, small grammar fixes, or reversions of vandalism. That will help other editors who are watching articles not miss changes you make.

If you have any questions at all about Wikipedia, I'm happy to help. I have helped other editors, both through formal mentoring and through simple Q&A, and I would be happy to do the same here. Qwyrxian (talk) 01:00, 30 July 2011 (UTC)

WARNING

Do not make personal attacks towards me on my talk page. --QUICK EDITOR 23:06, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 01:20, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

July 2011

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Spencer Bohren has been reverted.
Your edit here to Spencer Bohren was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://twitter.com/#!/spencerbohren) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 04:08, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Done Thank you. --QuickEditor (talk) 07:36, 25 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit that you made to Talk:Kim_Kardashian has been reverted or removed because it was a misuse of a warning or blocking template. Please use the user warnings sandbox for any tests you may want to do, or take a look at our introduction page to learn more about contributing to the encyclopedia. Thank you. File:Lexistgeorge.jpg @ commons

Just to let you know I have tagged this file over at Wikimedia Commons as having missing source information, as the licensing information is incomplete. Please fill out the licensing information correctly, including providing proof that the image is a free image (presuming the work is your own), or it may be deleted after seven days. Thanks. Mato (talk) 19:35, 26 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Not done Thank you for letting me know, but the file's licensing information is complete according to my understanding. Thank you. --QuickEditor (talk) 19:40, 26 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Can you not see on the file's description page (the one I linked to you), in the 'Summary' section halfway down the page, it says "This file is lacking source information" and "This file is lacking author information"? Mato (talk) 19:46, 26 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
stop This discussion is over. Please do not contribute to my talk page again. (Also, please see the revision summary on File:lexistgeorge.jpg, the information might have been removed.) Thank you.--QuickEditor (talk) 19:48, 26 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Do not remove the talk page comments of other editors

Please do not delete or edit legitimate talk page comments, as you did at Talk:Lexi St. George. Such edits are disruptive and appear to be vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. - SudoGhost 22:54, 28 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, QuickEditor. You have new messages at SudoGhost's talk page.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the Talkback or Tb template.
Your comment on Talk:Lexi St. George was in violation of a Wikipedia policy and was removed accordingly. Please see Wikipedia:Personal attacks for more information. Thank you. --QUICK EDITOR 22:25, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Would you like some help?

I have noticed that you are running into problems with various articles and contributors. I was one of those contributors. You are new-ish to Wikipedia and we do assume good faith but if you continue with your current methods of contributing then you are likely to hit trouble and that may upset you.

You do not have to accept what I am about to say, but I offer it nonetheless. I have already suggested to you that slowing down a little might help, in order to give yourself more time to learn how this place works. I am happy to assist you with any queries that you may have if that would make the process easier for you. It cannot be much fun if experienced users keep finding fault but, believe me, they are probably usually correct. I could help you to avoid the pitfalls, explain things etc if you would like that. You could also use me as a sounding board, which means that if you are in doubt then instead of actually doing something that everyone can see, you first have a word with me. Often you will be right but sometimes you will not. Either way, you will learn from it and not run the risk of upsetting other people unnecessarily. And if it means waiting a few hours for a response then usually that is not a big deal: the world keeps spinning and Wikipedia will still be operating when you have got a second opinion regarding what you propose to do.

It is entirely up to you, but my offer is there. Best wishes. - Sitush (talk) 23:17, 28 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

No thanks! Looks like you are the one who needs help. --QUICK EDITOR 10:34, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Removing content from your own talk page

I see that you have just removed some content from this page. You are allowed to do this because it is your page but you should be aware that when you remove something from here it is deemed to be an acknowledgement by you that you have read it. - Sitush (talk) 22:45, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Do not post on my talk page again if you are going to be slanderous. This is a false accusation. I have not removed any content from my own talk page. Also, if I am not doing anything wrong you should not be making a new section on my talk page to tell me something that is highly irrelevant to the current situation. Thank you. --QUICK EDITOR 22:53, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, you are correct. It isn't slanderous, but you are correct. My mistake. Sorry. I make them every now and then, as you do. - Sitush (talk) 23:05, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. --QUICK EDITOR 23:06, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on other people again, as you did at User_talk:SudoGhost, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Sitush (talk) 23:14, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
