Request for invite delivery

WikiProject Emo has recently been subsumed by a new, broader WP:WikiProject Post-hardcore. I'd like to invite all users who had previously been listed as participants in WikiProject Emo to participate in this new project (this will just be a one-time message). I hope this is an appropriate use of mass message?

  • Subject of mass mailing: (N.A.)
  • Content of mass mailing: {{subst:WikiProject Post-hardcore/invite}}
  • Mailing list: User:Ozhu/sandbox/emolist

Thanks. ozhu (talk·contribs) 18:30, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ozhu I would prefer your message include the why people are being invited, not just a generic invitation; recipients should know why they are getting targeted with a mass message. — xaosflux Talk 00:37, 9 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Hey, Xaosflux. Thanks for the feedback. How about this?
  • New content of mass mailing: {{subst:WikiProject Post-hardcore/invite_emo}}

Newsletter delivery request, 2nd November 2014

I'd be very grateful if a mass message sender could send this newsletter (Wikipedia:WikiProject Anatomy/Quarterly updates/3) out to participants on this list: Wikipedia:WikiProject Anatomy/Quarterly updates/Mailing list

Opt-out message is provided in the newsletter, and the two previous editions have been provided with no problem. --Tom (LT) (talk) 22:09, 1 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Transclude rather than substitute would be preferred, if possible. --Tom (LT) (talk) 22:10, 1 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
