The 1964 Fresno State Bulldogs football team represented Fresno State College[note 1] during the 1964 College Division football season.

The team was led by first-year head coach Phil Krueger and played home games at Ratcliffe Stadium on the campus of Fresno City College in Fresno, California. They finished the season with a record of four wins and six losses (4–6, 1–3 CCAA).
