The 1969 CONCACAF Championship was the fourth edition of the CONCACAF Championship, the football championship of North and Central America (CONCACAF). The tournament was held between November 23 to December 8. Six teams participated in the tournament.
The event was hosted by Costa Rica in the city of San Jose. The six teams played in a round-robin format to determine the winner. The tournament was won by the host nation, for the second time after 1963, by tying defending champions Guatemala 1-1 in the deciding final match.
Qualifying Tournament

May 11, 1969, San Diego, USA – United States 0 - 1 Haiti
Haiti qualifies with aggregate score of 3-0. Haiti failed to register intention to compete before the deadline and were excluded.
October 21, 1969, Mexico City, Mexico – Mexico 3 - 0 Bermuda
November 2, 1969, Hamilton, Bermuda – Bermuda 2 - 1 Mexico
Mexico qualifies with aggregate score of 4-2.
April 11, 1969, Kingston, Jamaica – Jamaica 1 - 1 Panama
May 11, 1969, Kingston, Jamaica – Panama 1 - 2 Jamaica
Jamaica qualifies with aggregate score of 3-2.
Honduras were disqualified due to Football War with El Salvador, so Curaçao advanced to the tournament automatically.
El Salvador were disqualifed due to Football War with Honduras, so Trinidad and Tobago advanced to the tournament automatically.
