  • The Raiders traded their fifth-round selection to the Seattle Seahawks in exchange for quarterback Matt Flynn.
  • The Raiders acquired a conditional seventh-round selection as part of a trade that sent quarterback Carson Palmer to the Arizona Cardinals. The selection is contingent on Palmer starting a minimum of 13 games for the Cardinals in the 2013 season.
  • Exact numbers of the selections from rounds 4–7 will be determined when compensatory selections are awarded at the NFL's annual owners' meetings in the spring.
