24333 Petermassey

24333 Petermassey (provisional designation: 2000 AA70) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by the Lincoln Near-Earth Asteroid Research project in Socorro, New Mexico, on January 5, 2000. It is named after Peter Hans Massey, an American whose high school behavioral and social sciences team-project won Second Place at the 2008 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair. While a student at Manhasset High School, Peter went on to win both First Place and Best in Category for his team-project at the 2009 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair, and again Second Place in 2010. He now attends Drexel University.
