The 2020–21 NorthEast United FC season is the club's seventh season since its establishment in 2014 and their seventh season in the Indian Super League.
Season overview
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this season's Indian Super League was decided to held at Goa behind closed doors.[2]

- ^ Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in India, the 2020–21 Indian Super League season would be entirely held in Goa, inside closed doors and NorthEast United FC has been allotted the Tilak Maidan Stadium as their home ground for the season.[1]
