Jigyasa Singh is an Indian television actress known for playing Thapki Chaturvedi/Bani in Thapki Pyar Ki and Heer Singh in Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki.[1][2]

Early life and education

Singh was born in Jaipur, India. She completed her master's degree in journalism from Delhi University.[3]

Career

Singh made her debut as Alia with Zee Marudhara's Chore Tera Gaon Bada Pyaara opposite Manish Goplani. Next, she appeared in Channel V India's episodic series Gumrah: End of Innocence as Supriya.

From 2015 to 2017, she portrayed Vaani "Thapki" Chaturvedi in Colors TV's Thapki Pyar Ki opposite Manish Goplani.[4] In 2018, Singh joined Colors TV's Dev 2 as Dhwani Karchiwala.[5] In 2019, she played Tara Khanna in Star Plus's Nazar.[6]

Since 2020, she is portraying Heer Singh in Colors TV Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki.[7]
