Schmigadoon! is an upcoming American musical comedy series starring Cecily Strong. The series is due to air on Apple TV+. It was created by Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio.
Premise
A couple discover a small town called Schmigadoon while on a backpacking trip. They discover the citizens of the town act as if they exist in a 1940s musical. The title and concept is a parody of the 1947 Broadway musical Brigadoon.

Production
It was announced in January 2020 that Cecily Strong was set to star in and executive produce the series, with a series order at Apple TV+ close to finalizing.[1] In October, Keegan-Michael Key, Alan Cumming, Fred Armisen, Kristin Chenoweth, Aaron Tveit, Dove Cameron, Ariana DeBose, Jaime Camil, Jane Krakowski and Ann Harada were added to the cast.[2]
Filming began in Vancouver on October 13, 2020, and concluded on December 10.[3]
