Ahmadabad (Template:Lang-fa, also Romanized as Aḩmadābād)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Golmakan Rural District of Golmakan District, Golbahar County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 505 in 130 households, when it was in the former Golbahar District of Chenaran County).[5] The following census in 2011 counted 573 people in 161 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 522 people in 164 households.[2]

After the census, Golbahar District was separated from Chenaran County to establish Golbahar County. It was divided into two districts, four rural districts, and two cities, with the city of Golbahar as its capital.[4]
