Esfandan Rural District (Persian: دهستان اسفندان) is in the Central District of Komijan County, Markazi province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 9,074 in 2,358 households.[3] There were 4,888 inhabitants in 1,432 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,372 in 1,394 households. The largest of its 10 villages was Esfandan, with 1,188 people.[2]
