Pir Bazar (Template:Lang-fa) is a city in the Central District of Rasht County, Gilan province, Iran.
At the 2006 census, its population was below the reporting threshold, when it was a village in Pir Bazar Rural District.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 405 people in 119 households.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 5,373 people in 1,761 households.[2]
After the census, the village was elevated to the status of a city. [5]
