Grand Prix (/ɡrɒ̃ˈpr/ French: [ɡʁɑ̃ pʁi], meaning Grand Prize; plural Grands Prix), is a name sometimes used for competitions or sport events, alluding to the winner receiving a prize, trophy or honour.
