The Central District of Langarud County (Template:Lang-fa) is in Gilan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Langarud.[3]
At the National Census in 2006, its population was 90,729 in 26,475 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 99,021 people in 32,061 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 103,282 inhabitants in 35,917 households.[2]
